Federico is Head of Talent Acquisition at Nextail, a Spanish scale-up with 12M in funding, where he was responsible for building and implementing the Talent function while growing from 20 to 200 employees. As no other he knows how to implement hiring processes from scratch.

Federico has a broad overview of how a talent function in SaaS should look like and is based in Barcelona (Spain). He will discuss employer branding in SaaS and employee referral strategies with us.
